Introduction

Welcome to Denrosa, a supplier of beekeeping products and services for businesses. By using our website and purchasing from our shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all orders placed. Please read them carefully.

Pricing and VAT

• All prices displayed on our website are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added at checkout in accordance with UK law.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will be confirmed at the time of order.

Quotations for Beekeeping Products

For all beekeeping products, orders are created as quotations. Once the order is received, Denrosa will calculate the shipping costs and update the quote. We will then send the revised quotation to the customer for final approval and payment before dispatch.

Orders for Queen Bees and Packaged Bees

For orders of Queen Bees and Packaged Bees, a 50% deposit is required at the time of ordering to secure your delivery slot. The remaining balance must be paid before the order is dispatched.

Ordering and Payment

• Orders can be placed through our online shop. By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to make purchases on behalf of your business.
• Payment is accepted via credit/debit cards. Payment must be made in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
• A minimum order value may apply for certain items.

Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are typically dispatched within 7 working days, subject to availability. We aim to provide accurate delivery times, but these are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Shipping costs will be calculated after we receive your order for quotation.
• Orders are only final once the quotation including shipping costs has been accepted and full payment received.
• For remote areas, additional charges may apply.
• Once the products have been delivered to your address, they are your responsibility. This means that if anything happens to the items after delivery, such as damage or loss, it will be up to you to resolve. We recommend checking the products as soon as they arrive to make sure everything is in good condition.

Returns and Refunds

• We do not accept returns for non-faulty products unless previously agreed in writing. For faulty items, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be returned in their original condition, within 14 days of receiving them. 
• Refunds will only be issued for faulty goods once we have inspected the item.

Product Descriptions and Availability

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions and images are accurate. However, some images are for illustration purposes only and may not represent the exact product. Minor differences in appearance may occur. All products are subject to availability.

Liability

• Denrosa will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including but not limited to loss of business, profit, or data, resulting from the use of our products or website.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the goods provided.

Force Majeure

Denrosa is not responsible for any delays or failure to fulfil orders due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
